Telos Project Staff
Ann Bezzerides, Ph.D.
Director, Office of Vocation & Ministry
Ann has directed the Office of Vocation & Ministry since its inception in 2003. She sees the Telos Project as an extraordinary opportunity to explore the faith development of an age demographic that has become her new passion as she follows the lives of CrossRoad alumni. The most exciting part of this project for her is that the real work will be done by people at the local parish level; she looks forward to many opportunities to learn from them!
Jenny Haddad Mosher, Ph.D.
Director, Telos Project
Jenny has worked across Orthodox jurisdictions as a retreat leader, a teacher, a teacher trainer, and in curriculum development. She also served as a grant writer for Orthodox social service agencies from 2011–2017. She sees the Telos Project as an incredible gift to Orthodox America—a chance for us to reflect honestly and productively on how we can cultivate mutuality and fruitfulness in all of our parishes.
Program Manager, Office of Vocation & Ministry
Since graduating from Virginia Tech, Anna has worked in higher education administration, most recently as pediatric residency coordinator at Tufts Medical Center. She served for many years with the Orthodox Christian Fellowship campus ministry both in college as a chapter president and after as a faculty advisor. Through these experiences Anna developed a passion for young adult outreach and is thankful for the opportunity to collaborate in the Telos Project.
Anna Kallis, MDiv
TelosGamma Project Director
Anna earned her MDiv from Holy Cross School of Theology in 2013. A CrossRoad alumna, she went on to work for CrossRoad as a staff member, Assistant Director, and co-director of CrossRoad in Chicago. Anna has developed and lead countless retreats, worked as a camp counselor, spoken at many OCF conferences/Student Leadership Institutes, and was integral in restructuring and training the Chicago Metropolis YAL board.
